WARRANTY - ALL PRODUCTS  

 


 

Manufactures Warranty:

 All products carry their respective manufactures warranty which vary from thirty (30) days to one (1) year.  If the manufactures warranty period is not specified for the item you are interested in, please email us and request the warranty time period for that product at warrantyperiod@mcgalls.com

  

Defective items:
A defective item is defined as one that has a manufactured defect.  The defect existed before the item was shipped and not created in transit. If your purchase has a manufactured defect , please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all defective product claims within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of purchase.  An item that was discovered to be defective can be replaced with the same model only.  Defective items cannot be returned for a refund, they can only be exchanged for the same non-defective item. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking/processing fee.    Any returned item found not to be a manufactured defect will be charged a restocking fee.

Important:  After 30 days from date of purchase you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

 


Replacement:
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will promptly ship following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

 

After 30 days from date of purchase you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

 

Products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

 

Return shipping:
Return shipping cost, (your cost to send an item back to our warehouse), is similar or comparable to your travel cost for returning an item to any store, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping costs.

If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. McGalls will promptly process and ship the replacement product to you at our expense.


 

Contact McGalls customer service by E-Mail customerservice@mcgalls.com for assistance with defective* or damaged product warranty within the first 30 days of purchase.   After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer.

Please provide:

  1. Invoice Number
  2. Full Name of purchaser
  3. Item Purchased
  4. Detailed description of defect.

Any returns found to be non-defective* and in working order are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Non-merchandise fees (shipping and handling) are not refundable.
