When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Order Transit Time: UPS Ground: 3 ~ 8 Business Days (Allow extra time during the holidays) Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.
Total Time for Delivery: Your orders total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 7 days for in-stock items.
Incorrect Address Information: A minimum $10.00 fee will be charged for any incorrect shipping address provided that our carriers deem in need of correction or undeliverable. This fee is charged by the carriers in addition to normal shipping charges and will be passed on and charged to the customer.
Damaged Delivery: If your order was damaged during shipping/delivery please immediately contact us for assistance at CustomerService@McGalls.com
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments: All refused and undeliverable shipments will be charged original and return shipping costs plus a 10% processing/restocking fee.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping. If you placed the order and you want to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS PROCESSED, we will gladly cancel your order and a $15.00 cancellation fee will be charged plus a 4% credit card processing charge will not be refunded. Please make sure that you contact us as soon as possible as orders are processed promptly. We process and ship most items same or next business day, we cannot cancel after an order has been processed and shipped. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges.
Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund the shipping or return costs and the customer will be charged for shipping both ways. This will not be refunded after the product is shipped and a 10% restocking fee will still apply.
