RETURN POLICY
You may return unused merchandise purchased from McGalls for a refund provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed.
Return Exceptions: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.
The following items may not be returned.

Opened and/or unsealed DVDs and CDs are not returnable unless defective and then only for
replacement.

Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink.

Software (after opened)

Special order items.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for seven (7) calendar days after it is issued. An RMA# and the correct return address is necessary to insure return to the proper distribution warehouse.
Returns are subject up to a 20% restock fee, must be returned within 21days of purchase at your expense and requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) from McGalls.
All shipping charges are not refundable including those which are included in the quoted prices of our products such as 'Free Shipping' and 'Shipping Included' etc.
Any item returned after the above time limits listed or without an RMA will be returned to the sender at their expense.
All returned merchandise must be in original unopened and unused condition, must include the original factory box and factory packaging, accessories, peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RMA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and intact.
Returns are not accepted at Business Office address and will be refused. Due to the many distributors we contract with, we are unable to exchange merchandise.

Defective items: A defective item is defined as one that has a manufactured defect.

The defect existed before the item was shipped and not created in transit.

If your purchase has a manufactured defect , please contact us immediately.

We must be informed of all defective product claims within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.

After 30 calendar days you will need to contact the manufacturer for a warranty service. Please see 'Warranty'
Damaged items: All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse, if your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
We must be informed of all shipping related claims within three (3) calendar days after the date of receipt.
We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be repaired or replaced with the same model only.
Return shipping: Return shipping cost, (your cost to send an item back to our warehouse), is similar or comparable to your travel cost for returning an item to any store, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping costs.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to McGalls.
